don’t tell anyone. LOL. My running group did some intervals yesterday and man, they sucked. Love my running coach, but intervals suck, suck, suck! My strides are getting quicker and endurance is improving by the day. You can’t beat that. Did I mention my running coach is 50 years old??? So for you youngin’s out there, no excuse for sitting on the coach. We run 5:30 am – 6:30 am on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Ouch. The waking up at 4:45 am is a little tough, but worth it.
Running groups are so different than regular aerobic classes. You can actually bond with your fellow runners. It’s quite cool. Well, you can do that in walking groups too, but it’s really neat to hear stories of these people’s lives, goals and running goals. It’s so worth it. You can improve your running, grow as an individual, and perhaps loose a few pounds during the process.
